Heres egoFITNESS the #1 fitness top app in Italy!

Some translated comments from Italian users:

"Perfectly realized, explained in a easy style with good videoclips." 5 STARS!

"A software everyone must have. If you are and advanced user or you want to start, this is your software, exercises are well explained with perfect videoclips." 5 STARS!

egoFITNESS features nearly 120 exercises (and they will increase) for tone up, muscle power and cardio activities. The peculiarity of egoFitness is the technical consultancy of Mr. Leo Caminotto, two times Body Buidling Europe Champion, and #2 Mr. Universe in 1992. He personally created all the algorythms for your personal workout. You only need to input your profile (sex, age and level), what and how you want to train (which muscles and which kind of training), and egoFitness will do the rest. It includes animations and descriptions for EVERY exercise.
egoFitness gives you a world champion as a personal trainer!

Best things about egoFITNESS:

1) Infinite training schedules: not 6 or 7, but INFINITE. Everyday will be different.
2) Training come from a World Champion, and not by anonymous trainers. A world champion is a warrantee of quality.
3) Accurate videoclips featuring every exercise. Obviously they were directed by Mr. Caminotto.

Pros and cons of egoFITNESS app for iPhone and iPad

egoFITNESS app good for

This app is great for people who want to workout, but has no idea what to do when they get there. It like having a personnal trainer in your pocket.
Would definstely recommend it to beginners whom want to work out!!!
Commented earlier and mistakingly said there was no age range below 28. Talked to the dev and found out it is in the iPhone Settings under application settings where you can change it. -Tony

Some bad moments

Needs to be worked on a bit. Great concept though. Didnt like that I had to translate my height into x.x feet format rather than ftin". Also the preset workouts for your profile are pretty extreme unless you like spending two hours in the gym with no breaks between sets.
I cant figure out how to use it and I am pretty tech savvy. I dont know how to get started.
